PRODUCT INFORMATION
All functional pottery is fired at cone six and is dishwasher and microwave safe. The glazes used are non toxic and lead free. Paintings are acrylics, stationery is available in watercolor and acrylic.

SALES AND RETURN POLICIES
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order. If there has been an error on our part, either in the representation of the item on the website or the filling of the order, we will do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible.
BREAKAGE
In the rare event of breakage you will receive a refund or replacement. Please email photos of the broken item, the shipping container, and the shipping label to neanderthalpottery@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt of the package. You will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement. Please do not discard item or packaging until refund or replacement has been received.
SHIPPING
We ship via UPS Ground so we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Items will ship within five business days of order.
